How to do Japanese Stab Binding (simple)

Years ago, I consulted books. 3 books about Japanese Stab Bindings later, I was convinced there had to be a simpler way. I'm a college student, moving in and out every semester is traumatic enough without adding power tools, sewing bench, and book presses into the equation. So I simplified things.
