Multisection Japanese Binding

Back in January, I was fortunate to attend a workshop taught by Mary Elizabeth Nelson. Thus, multi-section Japanese binding has been added to my repertoire!

The binding looks quite similar to many Western bindings (certainly not the stab bindings associated with China/Japan/Korea) but is constructed quite differently. It is also interesting as the only Japanese binding primarily used only in Japan (according to Kōsanjin Ikegami).
